this is the end….of 2010

Hallo. I hope everyone had lovely Christmas days.  I worked but it wasn’t too bad, we got free Nando’s chicken and I ate myself silly.  The customers were still arseholes, despite it being Christmas, but some things never change I guess.
I’m looking forward to 2011. This year was a year on hold for me, so I’m hoping to put things into motion next year.  I spent most of 2010 waiting for my major surgery to happen, then spent 2 months recovering from it.  I’m so very glad that I’ve had the surgery, I would do it all over again if I had to, I’m now symptom free and feeling pretty damn good.  I just have to lose me the weight I put on whilst I was sitting around on my ‘arris for 2 months!
Other than wanting a new job for 2011 I don’t have many other ambitions yet. That is my most important goal, one that is proving hard to attain.  Surely something has to come up though, someone somewhere must wanna give this old Fenstar a go.
I was going to do one of those retrospective things, however really my whole year has been on hold and nothing much has happened.  I’m working NYE, dreading what the traffic may be like going into the city on that night, argh.
So I hope that you all have a fantastic NYE whatever you may be doing.  Here’s hoping that Summer warms up a bit more and that things turn out the way we want them too.  Thanks to each and every one of you for reading my ramblings and commenting.  I appreciate each and every one of you.

  1. Take it easy and enjoy every passing minute ;)Have a good 2011 πŸ™‚

  2. Not hoping summer will warm up, but it will. We looked after friends' miniature schnauzers once. They were delightful. I loved them. We saw two dogs out from birth to death, but it only worked because I work shift work and they were not left alone for long. Personally I thought you had a bit of a tick off year. We just need to find you a nice bloke and you will be happy πŸ˜›

  3. Happy New Year to you too!

  4. Happy new year and best wishes for good health, a great new job and whatever else you wish for. I sit near the customer contact centre for a health practitioner registration agency, and I'm surprised at the non-stop flood of fuckwit callers they have to manage. They should get paid more than the state manager as he can hide in his office.

  5. Happy New Year Miss Cutie. And the same to your tree at Seaford. Sentimental fool, yes I am.-Robert.Government House.(Until Tuesday)
